Yog Element is about developing consciousness in food and diet, by the use of the ancient and effective science of Ayurveda, developing consciousness of the mind by the use of Vipasaana and meditative techniques, and about developing consciousness in our life choices with sustainable living. Through her teachings, Shraddha blends the body (asanas), with the mind (meditation) and the surroundings (sustainability), to create a state of oneness and equilibrium. And that is the essence of Yog Element.
A celebrated yoga practitioner and teacher, Shraddha is part of India’s famed fitness army. Along with teaching yoga, Shraddha actively conducts corporate workshops, weekend retreats, tours and Yog immersions. She also hosts her own show on TATA Sky Fitness.
Shraddha's unique ‘Yog off the mat’ techniques, have helped thousands across the country, to transform many chronic and lifestyle related diseases, building strength, increased levels of immunity and positivity.
Shraddha completed the teacher’s training course from the acclaimed Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantri Ashram in Kerala in 2007, after which she studied under the sound pedagogy of world renowned YogAcharya, Late. Shri BKS Iyengar in Pune in 2011.
